Enter the Pahrump Chili Cook-of

This is the fun, no-pressure division! Bring your family recipe, load it with beans, pasta, whatever you want – anything goes. This chili is also part of the public tasting and People's Choice voting.

Rules are relaxed:

• Any style chili welcome (red, green, white, veggie, exotic – go wild!)

• PC can be any type or color of chili as long as it is homemade. 

• Beans are required, no canned beans allowed. 

• You cook on-site in your booth (no pre-cooked chili from home allowed) 

• People's Choice votes are tallied at the end of the day – the crowd favorite wins bragging rights and prizes!

Entry Fee: 

• $20 per team/person with a minimum 3 gallons of chili required.

• Entry fee waved if 5 gallons is prepared

You receive a 12x12 area to set-up your booth (you must supply your own set-up and cooking supplies)

People's Choice winner receives a plaque, custom apron, and bragging rights for Pahrump's favorite chili!

How to Enter:

•  Fill out the People's Choice Cook Application (link below) with:
  • Team name (optional)
  • Head cook name & contact info
  • Number of team members
  • Preferred day(s) to cook

Entry Fee payment must be submitted by cash or check on the morning of competition.
